If you are using the Bomensa app, open More → Send feedback to report a missing food, incorrect information, a bug or a suggestion without leaving the app. The form sends your category and message, an optional reply email if you provide one, and limited app/platform information that helps us understand the report.
For privacy questions or other support, you can still email us directly.
Your information stays with your device
Bomensa v1.0 does not require an account and does not offer Bomensa cloud backup or sync. Support cannot recover a local meal history after app data has been removed. For privacy questions or requests about emails you sent us, use the same contact address.
